Advantages: Ease of use, Long lasting, Quality, Value for money, Well made/Durable

"My boyfriend and I bought this dehydrator last summer and we just LOVE it! We make our own beef jerky now (instead of buying it) for back country camping! It was a great price and it's just amazing! We absolutely LOVE making all different kinds of jerky with it! You can use hamburger meat and utilize the jerky gun, or you can use strip sirloin and marinate it overnight in your own spice/sauce. It takes a while to dehydrate (5-7 hours for meat; depending on the thickness), but it's totally worth it! We would strongly recommend this product to anyone who's interested in getting one. It's also easy to use! Couple of suggestions; buy more trays for extra meat, buy more spice packs, and soak the trays in dish soap after using it for easier clean up! Enjoy!"

"This dehydrator is simple to use. Easy to clean. Plenty of room for meats and fruits. I really like the fact you can take trays out so when we dehydrate fruit we can keep it simple. I do recommend picking up more spices when you order this because you will go through the spices that come with the kit really fast! The jerky shooters are user friendly but not as good as the power ones my friends have but this jerky shooter that comes in the kit did us fine. Overall if you are looking to get started dehydrating meats or fruits this kit got us going good for the money and with the room the dehydrator has we were able to expand our efforts without having to buy another unit. We have had this for about a year and we are happy!"
