"We received the stove combo 2 days before leaving for Elk camp. It was Thanksgiving in two days so we decided to do a turkey at camp. It was a 12lb bird and the first thing we cooked in the oven(yes it is big enough to fit 12 lb turkey into it.)It heated up quickly and maintained a constant temperature. We went on a 3 plus hour afternoon hunt and when we came back the bird was done. It was moist and delicious. Great item...I would recommend it to anyone who does any kind of camping."

"Purchased this stove this past summer(July 2010) from bass pro. I bought this stove to take down to Southern Illinois for deer season this fall and it was an added plus to base camp this year. Have always used the coleman fuel stoves in the past and they worked fine but this stove is a definite step up for cooking. The stove worked great and had no trouble with it what so ever. At the time of purchase i also bought the hose extension for a 20lb. bottle and the carring bag that the stove can be stored in. Was nice to not have to worry about matches or fuel to get the stove to run. Had the stove on our cook table and the bottle under table out of site and out of the way. One turn of the handle and we had a flame for cooking weather it was for heating water or baking in the stove. Great product!! I look forward to using this stove in the future!!"

"I purchased this oven for camping and hunting high altitude it work much better than exspected high alt didnt prsent any problems meals made at home warmed great from frozen aprox 1hr camp prepaired cooked exelent light wieght helped with gear load all day meals turned out perfect 10hr roast super the only problem the feet on the oven are desined for martha stewart very cheap (after all this is outdoor camping gear) they broke off before the oven was ever up camping before any use ever took place!!!!"

"I'm a organization freak so having everything in one unit is great. As with any stove or oven using gas you will have to practice a little. Baked the large canned biscuits the first trip and they turned out better than my oven at home. I use a 20lb. tank and hose and place them on a cart to move from my cargo trailer to the camp kitchen area. They stay on the cart so its almost like having a rolling kitchen. Would give it four stars but the oven is a bit small."

"My wife and I first saw these camp ovens in the Outback, Northern Territory, Australia. Her first reaction, "I've got to have one of those"! Mind you, she just does not get excited about those kind of things.
After searching the web we found them at Bass Pro Shop. She had me order it online before we left Australia.
What a great all around camp stove and oven. It is light weight,easy to handle and has more than enough BTU's to do the job. We have become the main attraction at camps and with tailgaters-warm, fresh baked cookies. Although, we have used it to roast pork, beef and a whole turkey.
We have never found a need for converting to the larger propane tank. The small bottles makes it that much easier to transport. The addition of the cover is a must. Our two grandkids, both under 10, can carry it anywhere.
You have got to have one of these!"
