"I purchased this to charge my deep cell bass boat battery. The panel mounted to the front of the console, the provided wiring extension reached the battery storage compartment and I used the provided battery clips to hook it up. The panel charges even on overcast days and the battery has maintained a full charge since installation. It is even charging when I have the boat cover on!!! No more hassles pulling the battery to hook up to the trickle charger in the garage!!!"
