"This is a great reel. Extremely smooth on the retrieve and casts like a champ. The Mag-V brakes takes a little time to get use to it but once you get it dialed in, you can really launch a bait out."

"I have a lot of reels, shimano calias, garcia revos, but I now have a new favorite reel. I love the fast retreive, it's there when you need it. Great drag and wow does it go smooth!! If you can afford the price you will love this one too. Absolute must have for avid angelers."

"I bought two of these and fish Sam Rayburn where the grass is deep and the bass big. This reel has bigger than normal gears and you can muscle the bass out of the grass with this reel .Big line , heavy grass, big bass but with these big gears and it's high reel in speed , you have no problems handling any situation."
