Great Rod for a Great Price,July 13, 2009

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I loved my Bass Pro tinylight so much, I decided to upgrade to the WM ultralight 5'9" combo.
-Reel is exceptionally smooth and I've achieved great casting distance with small lures.
-Rod is quite durable. I've caught 3# bass and 2# trout with no problems.
--Excellent value. For just under $40, this is one of the best fishing investments I have ever made. I purchased a second one for my daughter who is new to fishing and she loves it, as well.
Lately, this has been my primary rod. I use 4# ultra sensitive mono and have had no trouble fishing for trout or bass. I like the choice in lengths, and opted for the 5'9". I would have preffered a longer rod, but it is nearly impossible to find an ultralight combo any longer for the money."

"These Wally Marshall combos give you everything you need for a small price. This reel is smooth and long casting. The rod is durable and sensitive. I have used one of these reels for five years now and I love catching panfish and even trout on these rods."

"I use this combo with 6lb test and well its my favorite UL rod/reel. I love the EZcast system, at times there are complications but nothing I can't handle!"
