Disadvantages: Difficult to use, Performance

"I like using a carolina rigged worm and these looked good but just didn't cut it. first, the worm holders tear the worm to shreds after a strike or two. then, I like the action of a bullet wait over this simply because it has seemed to attract more fish."

Nice hook, May 16, 2009
By kustmpaintr from Connecticut

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
Disadvantages: slow plastic worm changes

"Good design. I'm not a huge fan of these that type of nose attachment. I prefer the screw on style, but gave these a shot. They held well and secure, but if you want to change baits you're better off snipping the line and tying on another one because if you try to pull your plastic bait off to put another one on it will rip the nose apart pretty badly, but that is the type of secure mounting you want. The butt dragger type weight works nicely and the hooks are sharp and held the edge pretty well. Overall a nice hook at a good price, especially when on sale."
