Comfortable Affordable and Lightweight, May 3, 2009

Advantages: Ease of use, Quality, Value for money, compact size
Disadvantages: slippery surface

"I bought this as a beginning backpacker, who's camping experience consisted of sleeping on a huge coleman air mattress in a cabin sized tent in the middle of a crowded campground. Needless to say I was hesitant to give up my creature comforts, but this pad well surpassed my expectations in the comfort department. It seems sturdy for how light it is, and when compressed takes up very little room in your pack. The only negative I can see is that the material is slightly slippery, so if you set up camp on a grade you may find yourself sliding slightly throughout the night."
