"I've been buying Hunter's Specialties Scent Elimination kits for years and consider it an absolute requirement for hunting deer - especially archery.
I wash all my hunting clothes in their Scent- A-Way Laundry Detergent and keep them within the plastic bag that's provided, and placed the plastic bag in a sealed plastic bin - I also toss in an Earth Scent Wafer to let the clothing drink-in that neutral scent.
I change into these clothes only when heading out to hunt, and immediately change out of them when I'm done.
I also like to shower with their products before going deer hunting, just to be sure my human scent is minimized.
So far I've arrowed two deer from ground blinds - one at 4 feet, another at 10 yards. They never knew I was there."

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Value for money
"I first a similar kit in 2007, and landed a nice 9 pointer. The doe saw me but couldn't figure out what I was, the buck on the other hand didn't even stand a chance. The kit I had was a little different (I had the bar of soap, which was horrible), this kit contains the things I had wished the other one had and I plan on buying a new one for this deer season."

"I ordered this package from bass pro shops and i will say i am amazed at everything. I would recomend hunters to try this tip. Take 2 of the 3 wafers and put them in the scent safe bag along with the clothing that you will be wearing the next few days in the field. Zip the bag up and let sit until you are ready to hunt. Then take the last wafer and pin it to your shirt or hat. I put mine on my Hunter Saftey System harness. This will aid on covering up your human scent. So try this out and you may be suprised."

I would not waste my money,October 10, 2008

"This product may help a little, but after washing my clothes, spraying them down, them storing them in the "scent safe" bag, they smelled horrible when I took them out. I thought "o well ill just spray myself real good before I go into the field." I was wrong two days in a row I have been winded, and the deer that smelled me were the only deer I saw all morning. The scent wafers and the deoderant do work well though. I would recomend maybe just buying those and not the whole kit."
