"We purchased this feeder earlier this summer. We really feel we got our money's worth from this feeder. It works great on docks as you can easily bolt down the already stable legs that eliminate the need to find something to hang other feeders on. It does not take up a lot of space and the battery life is awesome. We are adding the solar panel, but it you don't, the battery life will last months before needing recahrging. The really nice thing about this feeder is that it cast the feed out great. It shoots out to 30ft' and also has a solid spread of 20ft ro so. The timer is very easy to program and the feeder is simple to put together. The door on front is also really nice to keep out raccoons and other critters. If you have the cash to invest in one of these you will not be dissapointed. Plus it's great to have the kids come down during feeding times when the fish come up ansd catch some catfish for dinner!"
